Good Food at Bella Luna :)
The breakfast experience was so lovely that it made us regret that we didn't try it for dinner the previous night.
The food was delicious. You could taste the difference in the quality...this wasn't off the Sysco truck food but fresh, made and prepared there, clearly respectfully sourced.
We test restaurants by ordering their Calamari appetizer if they have it. The Calamari at Bella Luna was the best we have ever encountered, they set a new reference for us. The subsequent meal confirmed our diagnosis.
We had breakfast here, and it was EXCELLENT! The waitress was attentive, and friendly.
Our meal was absolutely delicious and the service was too notch! The prices were very reasonably too!!! We were greeted at the door on the way in with a very sincere welcome and a great smile! The same on the way out as well. I would highly recommend the Bella Luna Cafe to anyone looking for a great meal fairly priced and great service!
I would first like to state that Bella Luna removed my review from their Facebook website which indicates to me that they only allow visitors to read positive remarks and refuse to accept responsibility concerning unfavorable experiences. I guess they are perfect & believe no one is entitled to opinions they don't agree with. Again, I haven't tried the food yet but I can say this, don't call to place an order from this place if you have any questions. Unless you want a lesson in menu form or an argumentative employee talking down to you. This woman was extremely rude and condescending. I don't necessarily believe that "the customer is always right" but I know from experience that each customer has a right to be treated with dignity & respect. Questions can be annoying but nonetheless should be answered kindly. All suggestions should at least be considered. ? Oh, and I was also informed that I wouldn't be receiving a plate with my to go order! Really! I thought it came with that....Wow! Having worked in all aspects of restaurant service as well as educated on the field of Hospitality, I know this to be not only expected but also required. I have heard the food is good here. With service like this, I guess I'll never know for sure.
The $5.00 special, you couldn't buy all the ingredients necessary to prepare a meal like it for that price. The portion sizes were perfect.
The best pancakes ever. Eggs were great.best coffee ever. And homefries were amazing
